第2篇 iqc;ipqc崗位職責(zé)任職要求
iqc;ipqc崗位職責(zé)
職責(zé)描述:
1.負(fù)責(zé)公司質(zhì)量方針、質(zhì)量目標(biāo)的貫徹落實(shí),公司質(zhì)量管理體系的運(yùn)行維護(hù)。
2.負(fù)責(zé)公司各種品質(zhì)制度的制訂與實(shí)施,品質(zhì)活動(dòng)的執(zhí)行與推動(dòng)。
3.負(fù)責(zé)來(lái)料、制程、成品品質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、檢驗(yàn)規(guī)格的制訂與執(zhí)行,監(jiān)督指導(dǎo)iqc、ipqc、qa的工作。
4.負(fù)責(zé)公司品質(zhì)異常的處理,配合銷售部對(duì)客戶投訴和退貨進(jìn)行調(diào)查處理。
5.不合格預(yù)防和糾正措施的制定與督導(dǎo)執(zhí)行。
6.品質(zhì)信息的收集、倡導(dǎo)、回復(fù),品質(zhì)成本的分析控制。
7.負(fù)責(zé)全員品質(zhì)的推行,對(duì)各部門工作進(jìn)行內(nèi)部質(zhì)量稽核。
8.對(duì)供應(yīng)商的評(píng)估,供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量輔導(dǎo)。
任職要求:
1、必須具備英語(yǔ)四級(jí)以上且口語(yǔ)流利.
2、5年以上品質(zhì)管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉塑膠/鋅合金產(chǎn)品,有魄力能推動(dòng)質(zhì)量改革;
3、熟悉iso/ts16949管理體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并對(duì)6 sigma有一定的認(rèn)識(shí);
4、對(duì)fmea、apqp、ppap、msa、 spc五大工具有深入了解并可熟練使用;
5、熟悉pdca、8d、5w1h、5s、七大統(tǒng)計(jì)分析工具等管理工具的應(yīng)用;

smtipqc崗位職責(zé)
commercial general manager - greater china ? developing and e_ecuting strategies for greater based on overall global oto objectives
? generates ideas about future new ret__l activities to ensure a cutting edge strategy; m__nt__ns up to date knowledge of the market place, competitors and trends
? overall great china p&l owner, including online & offline performance
? developing social activities/communication strategy for great china
? e_perience store construction and management
? works with the global oto leader and other heads of function to influence the creation and communication of company strategy, business priorities and targets for the regional teams
? drafting and developing the annual budget process ensuring understanding and buy in from the leadership team.
? constantly review financial data and support the regional team in providing realistic input into the sales budgets
? takes decisions on matters relating to the day to day operation within their defined work area including the strategic planning of resources
? translates the strategic goals into operational plans to achieve the required targeted growth in sales and profit; identifies and optimises promotional opportunities ensuring these are co -ordinated with wider promotions and camp__gns
? ensures that the ret__l operation complies to all policies and procedures relating to local security, health and safety; influences any changes necessary to meet statutory requirements, ensuring minimum risk to staff members and the business
? takes a lead role in building a strong result driven culture with the operations team; spends time coaching regional team, identifying skills and opportunities for development;
? works with the hr business partner to ensure people management issues are satisfactorily resolved and relevant hr policies and procedures are adhered to. ch__rs disciplinary, grievance, capability hearings and appeals as required.
? proactively manages and reviews the performance and progress of regional team
